Going green and promoting sustainability

In 2009, the festival board of directors launched a program to promote a culture of sustainability – to encourage the festival’s artists, sponsors, volunteers and patrons to become more aware of the value of recycling, of reducing our carbon footprint in the city and of making tangible improvements to protect our environment. You can do your part by looking for recycling containers throughout the event and helping us maintain a greener Gasparilla.
